A dashboard is a good place to start and a poor place to stop. WELLPOINT's product philosophy is that customer data must be easy to move into other systems: ERP, BI and reporting tools, customer databases, automation and decision-support systems, including AI-based ones.
Where a specific integration method exists, we document it accurately. Where it does not exist yet, we say so instead of promising it.

Why one platform
WELLPOINT develops the hardware and the software around it. The People Counter and the RFID read points are built to talk to WELLPOINT.cloud, and the platform is built around what those devices can do. That is why a new device shows up on the dashboard minutes after it is powered, and why remote settings work without a site visit.
