Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit wellpoint.tech, why we collect it, and what rights you have. If anything is unclear, write to us at contact@wellpoint.cloud.

Who is responsible for your data

The operator of this website and the data controller is:

Quality Trend SRL
Str. Soskut Nr. 12
535400 Cristuru Secuiesc, Harghita
Romania (EU)
Email: contact@wellpoint.cloud

Quality Trend SRL is the registered owner of the WELLPOINT brand in the European Union.

What this policy covers

This policy applies to wellpoint.tech only. WELLPOINT products and services are offered through other websites, such as wellpoint.cloud, visitorcount.com and wellpoint.eu, which have their own privacy policies.

wellpoint.tech is a brand and information site. It has no user accounts, no shop, no payments and no newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data.

What we collect and why

Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), the topic you choose and your message. The form sends this to us by email. We use it only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for a quote or a demo, to prepare a possible contract. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Form security. To protect the contact form against forged submissions, the site sets a session cookie holding a random security token. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. It is strictly necessary for the form to work.

Abuse protection. To stop automated spam, the server keeps a hashed, non-reversible key derived from the sending connection for up to one hour. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical access logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and referring page. They are used to operate the site, detect faults and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).

Web analytics (only if enabled, only with your consent). We may use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site and which pages are read most. If analytics is enabled, it runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookie is set. You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). See our Cookie Policy.

Anti-spam check (only if enabled). We may add a CAPTCHA service (Cloudflare Turnstile or hCaptcha) to the contact form. If enabled, it processes technical data about your browser and connection to tell people from bots. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the site:

  • Hosting. The website and its logs are hosted by Bluehost, a company based in the United States. Server logs and form submissions may therefore be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area. For such transfers we rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, an adequacy decision.
  • Email. Contact form messages are delivered to our company mailbox through our email service.
  • Google (only if analytics is enabled and you consented). Google may process analytics data outside the EEA under its own data processing terms.
  • CAPTCHA provider (only if enabled). Cloudflare or hCaptcha, depending on the service used.

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up on your enquiry. If it leads to a business relationship, the correspondence is kept as part of our business records for as long as the law requires.
  • Session cookie: until you close your browser.
  • Abuse-protection hash: at most one hour.
  • Server logs: a limited period set by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting only.
  • Analytics data (if enabled): the retention period set in Google Analytics, see the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure of your data, where there is no longer a reason to keep it.
  • Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Data portability, where processing is based on consent or a contract.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.

To use any of these rights, email contact@wellpoint.cloud. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within one month as the GDPR requires.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Romania this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro. You may also contact the authority in the EU country where you live.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, and the site is served over HTTPS. No online service can promise perfect security, so please do not send confidential information through the contact form.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other websites

This site links to other WELLPOINT websites and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
