How can WELLPOINT data be integrated? The short answer: through WELLPOINT.cloud, as CSV files, through the API, or as an ERP integration. The longer answer is a philosophy: your operational data should be useful outside our dashboard too.

CSV export
Download data per device, location and period from WELLPOINT.cloud. Works with Excel and every reporting tool.
API access
Retrieve data from WELLPOINT.cloud into your own applications, dashboards and automation.
ERP integration
Feed counts and read events into ERP and planning systems alongside sales, stock and staffing.
Custom integration
Where a customer system needs a specific format or flow, we discuss what is practical and build on the methods above.

WELLPOINT will keep extending this list. We describe a method here only once it is implemented.
Why the data model is simple
Because WELLPOINT develops both hardware and cloud, the data is consistent: devices, locations, time periods and events (IN/OUT counts, tag reads). There is no vendor-specific middleware layer between the device and the data you receive. That makes integrations shorter and keeps them working when devices are added.
